You don’t know what to make for breakfast this morning? Try the quickly and easily made and stunning Egg muffins! It’s full of vitamins!
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Chop the ham and the vegetables, like the bell pepper, the onion, the spinach and the chives, and put them in as well. (The added vegetables and their amount depend on your taste.)
Use salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients.
Use a pastry brush or oil spray to thinly oil up the muffin pan.
Portion out the mixture into the muffin pan.
Tip: Don’t fully fill up the molds, because it will rise up due to the eggs.
Bake the muffins for 20-25 mins at 360-390 degrees F in a preheated oven.
Serve them with fresh salad and tomato dressing.
