The Bread filled with cheese and herbs is a very delicious breakfast idea!
Chop the spices and the garlic, then mix them with the butter with a spoon. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Cut the bread in its length at every 2 centimetres, but make sure not to cut the bottom of the bread.
Grease the slices with the butter mix with a knife.
Now turn the bread and make cuts into it again every 2 centimetres. Use up the remaining butter in the cuts, then put the slices of cheese into them.
Cover it with aluminium foil and put it into the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 190 °C, then take off the foil and turn the heat up to 200 °C until it’s done.
Cut the bread in half before serving and eating it.
Tip: we recommend a sour cream dipping for the bread with chives and parsley in it!
