The Bacon and Egg cake is the classic breakfast with some minor changes.
First scramble the eggs and add the milk, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on the diced bread and add the bacon, cheese and parsley to it.
Mix it through.
Butter a cake pan.
Pour everything into the cake pan and use a spoon to flatten the top.
Put the rest of the cheese on top and add some parsley.
Bake it at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Once it’s done let it cool down and it’s ready to be served!
