Wash and tenderize the cutlets.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Bathe in flour thorough.
Cook both sides in a little oil for a few minutes until golden.
Fry an egg in a cold pan in 1 tablespoon of oil on low heat.
Serve with French fries or chopped parsley.
