The Honey cream cake can make everyone hungry just with its smell and looks, and it’s only topped by the taste!
Combine flour, sour cream, yolks, powdered sugar, baking powder, honey and butter for the dough.
Form four buns from the dough.
Flatten the buns and bake each for 10 minutes at 340 degrees F.
Combine milk and semolina, make semolina pudding for the cream. Let it cool down.
Cream butter/margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add semolina pudding.
Start layering. Spread half the cream on the first layer.
Place the second layer and jam on top.
Place the third layer and add the other half of the cream.
Finish layering with the fourth and final layer, let it get tender in a cold place (at least for one night).
