The Mimosa slices is an excellent dessert everyone should try!
Combine flour, yolks, powdered sugar, baking powder, sour cream and lard.
Form four buns from the dough, flatten until each is about 12×14 inch long rectangle. Bake on 390 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and milk, cook until thick.
Cream soft butter/margarine with powdered sugar.
Add lemon juice and zest.
Add the cooled down milk-flour mixture.
Start layering the cake. Grease the first layer with apricot jam.
Place the second layer, spread the cream on top.
Place another layer, grease it with apricot jam.
Place the final layer.
Let it rest in a cold place until the layered doughs get tender.
