Dice the potatoes, add to water. When boiled, crush the potatoes with a ricer.
Slowly add flour, stir thorough until dollopy.
Spread the mixture on a cutting board, so it cools down faster.
Roast onions in oil.
When cooled down, form dumplings.
Cook dumplings in oil using a nonstick pan until golden.
Combine dumplings with roasted onions.
Serve with sour cream.
