Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, wash and clean the cabbages, add to boiling water and cut leaves thin when tender.
Combine mince meat, cabbage leaves, bread crumbs, eggs and cooking cream.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika powder.
Form balls from the meat.
Heat oil and cook meatballs until crisp.
Serve with tomato sauce and freshly chopped parsley.
