The Braided yeast bun makes for the perfect dessert, or an excellent breakfast dish! Try it!
Let it rise in a warm place.
Divide dough into three equal pieces and form buns.
Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Form rolls.
Begin braiding. Triple or quadruple braid the rolls.
Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment and let it rise again.
Brush the top with egg and bake on 360 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
