Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, heat oil and braise onions, add meat and cook until tender.
Braise carrots, kohlrabi, celery with meat for 5-10 minutes.
Add spices, garlic and stir thorough.
Fill the pot with 8-12 cups of water, cover with lid and cook until half-soft.
Add mushrooms, peas and cook until everything gets tender.
Prepare the dumplings. Combine melted butter, eggs and flour, stir thorough. Add to boiling soup bit by bit with the use of a teaspoon or a knife.
