Knead the dough from the ingredients until slightly stiff.
Leave it to rise at room temperature to twice its size
Cut into four equal sizes and roll up into long rods.
Coil it up.
Let it rise to twice its size again in a pan.
When risen, brush with milk and dust with cinnamon sugar.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
