Try this filling, traditional homemade one pot meal, the Bean goulash!
Preparing the bean goulash is simple. First, soak the beans in water.
Braise the onions in oil.
Add the garlic. Cook until they begin to soften.
Add the beef and cook until they become white.
Add the sliced peppers, chili pepper, carrots, turnips, tomatoes and celeries. Steam for a few minutes.
Season with pepper powder, salt and black pepper.
Fill the pot with water.
When boiled, add beans and bay leaves.
Cook for one and a half to two hours, until the beans get soft. Replenish the water if necessary.
