The Tiramisu cake is an amazing Italian cake reimagined and brought to a new light. Try it!
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the whites until they are foamy.
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Add flour and two tablespoons of the whipped egg whites.
Carefully add the rest of the whipped egg whites.
Pour the dollop in a buttered and floured, 6 inches wide baking pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
For the cream, mix the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla flavor.
Add the whipped cream.
Cut the sponge cake into three pieces. Spread the cream on the first layer.
Dip the ladyfingers in coffee, place it on top of the cream.
Spread the cream and add a layer of sponge cake.
Do the same with the next layer.
Place the third layer on the top of the cake and cover the whole cake with cream.
Put ladyfingers on side.
Dust the top with cocoa powder.
