Whip the egg whites with sugar.
Add strudel flour and ground walnuts.
Bake five layers (6 inches across). Bake each for 10-15 minutes on 430 degrees F.
For the cream, first beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine milk with vanilla sugar and put on heat.
Add the yolk mixture, stir continuously.
Thicken with custard powder. Let it cool down, stir thoroughly and continuously.
Combine butter/margarine with powdered sugar.
Add ground walnuts and rum flavoring.
Add the cream.
Add gelatin fix.
Fill the cake.
Grease the sides with cream and dust with ground walnuts.
Pour the top with melted white chocolate, criss-cross the top with melted dark chocolate.
Let the chocolate stiffen and decorate the cake.
