If you wish to taste a traditional, Hungarian food with a little twist, then you must try this Homemade lángos!
Homemade lángos recipe: First, peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water.
Add sugar and yeast to 1 cup of water and let it rise for 10-15 minutes.
Combine flour, potatoes, yeast water, oil and salt in a big bowl, knead thorough.
Cover with lid and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
When risen, flatten the dough and poke it with a fork.
Combine garlic with sour cream, grease the top of the dough, then add the diced bacon pieces, onions and sprinkle the top with cheese.
Bake on 390 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
