No-bake chestnut cream squares recipe: Preparing the No-bake chestnut cream squares is simple! First, combine crushed biscuits, chestnut puree, rum flavoring and melted margarine, knead thorough. Spread the mixture in a heatproof bowl.
Add vanilla custard powder to 1 ⅔ cup of milk.
Cream tender butter with sugar.
Combine cooled down custard with creamy butter and spread over the chestnut dollop.
Beat the cream with cream stiffener until stiff.
Spread on top of the custard layer.
Put the cake in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
