Cocoa swirl rolls recipe: Preparing the Cocoa swirl rolls is simple! First, combine butter, cocoa powder and sugar.
Cut the yeast dough in half and flatten on slightly floured surface.
Spread the cocoa mixture on half the dough.
Fold the other side on top and cut into 1 inch sized strips.
Roll up the strips.
Put them in a pan lined with parchment and brush the top with sugary eggs.
Bake at 360 degrees F in a fan oven and bake until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
