Stollen recipe: Preparing the Stollen is simple! First, add salt and sugar to egg whites and whip until foamy.
Zest the lemon and add the lemon’s juice.
Add melted butter and stir thorough again.
Then, add baking powder to flour and stir thorough, combine with egg whites.
Add finely chopped walnuts, raisins, candied fruits to the mixture.
Spread the mixture in a greased venison form.
Bake at 360 degrees F for 35 minutes.
When it’s ready, turn upside down and remove from the form and slice up.
