Classic Curd strudel, a real traditional Hungarian dish!
Curd strudel recipe: Preparing the Curd strudel is simple! First, pre-boil the vermicelli dough, then combine with butter and put away.
Combine curd, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and lemon zest in a different bowl.
Toss salt to egg whites, beat until foamy and then mix with the curd mixture carefully.
Next, combine thorough with the vermicelli.
Line a pan with parchment paper, add a layer of strudel dough then grease with oil, followed by another layer of strudel dough, another greasing and a final strudel dough layer.
Spread the filling evenly.
Do the same step with the strudel dough layers as before and brush the top with eggs.
Preheat oven to medium heat and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla cream!
