Gypsy schnitzel recipe: Preparing the Gypsy schnitzel is simple! First, slice the bacons, then cut a in a “crest” shape and cook in a pan.
Cut the crest and pound it, then cook it in the remaining bacon fat.
Combine crushed garlic with some oil. Sprinkle the cooked slices with pepper powder and garlic.
