The fantastic Apricot Preserves is always welcome on a long, Winter day. Here’s how you can make it without any preservatives!
Apricot Preserves recipes: Preparing the Apricot Preserves is simple! First, add cinnamon, cloves and sugar to water, bring to a boil and let it completely cool down.
Choose the apricots carefully, making sure to sort out unhealthy and soft ones. Wash them carefully.
Put the apricots in sterilized jars.
Fill up the jars with the syrup until they fully cover the apricots.
Put cellophane at the top of the jar and seal it well.
Put the jars in a pot with a dishcloth in the middle to prevent the jars from hitting each other. Fill up ¾ part of the pot (in proportion to the jars), cover with a lid and bring it to a boil. After boiling, keep cooking for another 20 minutes, then leave it to cool down completely.
