Asparagus Salad recipe: Preparing the Asparagus Salad is simple! First, cook asparagus in water for 14 minutes with a pinch of salt. When finished, sieve and cool down.
Mix the spices (1 pinch of salt, pepper, sugar) then add the washed basil.
Add olive oil and vinegar.
Cut the avocados in half, then peel them.
After that, dice them.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put in a bowl.
Grab a bowl and put in the asparagus, avocados, tomatoes and mozzarella.
Finally, add the sauce and serve with basil.
