First mix the egg yolk with the sugar and oil.

Then add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Beat the egg whites until it’s stiff and gently fold it in. Mix it until it’s completely dissolved.

Pour it in a tray lined with baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Let it cool completely.

To make the cream mix the cottage cheese with icing sugar and butter.

Spread it on top and let it sit in a fridge for an hour.

For the topping boil the orange soda with sugar and add the pudding powder mixed with orange soda. Pour it on top and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
