Almond shell pastries recipe: Preparing the Almond shell pastries is simple! First, combine flour with softened margarine.
Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, ground walnuts and rum flavoring.
When the mixture sits, make small balls from it, then put in madeleine form (pan shaped like shellfish), spread evenly, leaving a little hole in the middle.
Bake at 340 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Next, combine eggs and powdered sugar and stir gently on constant heat until thick.
Cream margarine with dark green almond flavoring.
Then, combine the cooled down egg cream with margarine.
For our last step, take two tablespoons of cream and put in the middle of the madeleine forms, then stick two together.
