Apple pancakes recipe: Preparing the Apple pancakes is simple! First, combine flour, yolk, salt, cinnamon sugar, milk, water, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Stir thorough.
Carefully add the whipped egg white to the mixture.
Peel and core the apple, slice into little pieces and add to the dough.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up.
Add the apple dough to the frying pan and cook for 1 minute.
