You’ve got too many apricots, but no one is eating them? Don’t let it go to waste, and make Apricot Jam!
Apricot Jam recipe: Preparing Apricot Jam is simple! First, pick the best looking apricots and wash them carefully.
Crush them with a potato crusher as much as possible.
Add cane sugar and blend with a hand blender. Don’t leave any bigger pieces.
Then bring it to a boil. Keep cooking for 15-20 minutes after boiling.
Pour it in a sterilized jar. Seal the lid and turn it upside down. Put in a dry environment and slowly let it cool down.
