Preparing the Cheese-bacon-sausages baked in batter is simple. First, cut the sausages in half, then run them through the skewers.

Wrap with cut cheese.

Repeat step 2 now with bacon carefully, we don’t want the sausages to fall apart.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, prepare the dough in the meantime.

Combine flour with egg, milk, mineral water and baking powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the dough in a larger glass, then dip the sausages in it.

Roast in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with dipping sauce.
