Place the cheese singles in a pan lined with parchment in a way that they slightly lean over each other.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, preheat the oven and melt the cheese.
Peel the boiled eggs.
Cut the whites into small squares.
Combine eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
Crush the yolks with a fork and combine with mustard, salt, pepper and butter.
Spread the egg white mixture on the melted cheese layer.
Place ham on this layer.
Grease the ham with the yolk cream.
Roll up and put in the refrigerator.
