Chicken Casserole recipe: First, slice the chicken breast into strips.
Chop the onions into bigger slices.
Wash and cut smaller unpeeled potatoes in half.
Combine 7 oz of oil, salt, chicken salt, pepper and thyme in a smaller bowl, stir thorough.
Put the cut potatoes, chicken strips, onions in a heat resistant bowl and add the oil mixture.
Cook at 360 degrees F for 40 minutes.
