Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, cut chicken breast into cutlets then tenderize them.
Add salt and pepper.
Place ham inside.
-Place cheese on ham.
Roll up each fillet, secure with toothpicks.
Double bread the breasts (flour-eggs-bread crumbs-eggs-bread crumbs).
Bake in hot oil until golden.
-Remove toothpicks. Serve with a side dish.
