Cream puffs, or Profiterole is a wonderful dessert everybody loves!
Cream puffs recipe: Preparing the Cream puffs is simple! First, combine margarine, water, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
Add flour and cook until it starts separating from the side. Stir continuously.
Remove from heat and add eggs one by one.
(Tip: The amount of eggs is decided by its size and the flour’s quality. It is supposed to be like dumplings.)
Add mixture to star tipped piping bag and add bits to a buttered pan.
Start baking in two intervals. First bake at 390 degrees F for 15 minutes, then at 360 degrees for 10.
(Tip: It is important not to open the oven door during the first interval.)
Beat egg whites with sugar for the yellow cream.
Cook the custard and add the egg whites until still warm.
Grease the bottom part of the puffs.
Add cream on top of the yellow cream.
Add the top of the puffs.
Serve with or without powdered sugar.
