Granny’s kefir cake

If you want something sweet, the Granny’s kefir cake is the perfect choice. It’s done with only a few ingredients and it’s extremely tasty!

Ingredients

1 egg
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 ½ lb kefir (5 small cups)
4 tbsp flour
Jam

Steps

Step 1
Whisk eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add kefir.
Step 3
Finally, add flour and stir thorough.
Step 4
Spread the mixture in a buttered pan and dot the top with jam.
Step 5
Bake at 360 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
