Hungarian Lángos recipe: Preparing the Hungarian Lángos is simple! First, rise the yeast in warm milk with sugar.
Combine flour with salt and make a hole in the middle.
Add oil and risen yeast to the hole.
Gradually add water and knead until homogeneous.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Grease your hand and add the dough bit by bit to a greased surface.
Let it rise again for half an hour.
Shape the dough again and cook in hot oil.
Put on a napkin or paper towel for a while and serve with a desired topping.
