Jam Swiss Roll: preparing the Jam Swiss Roll is simple. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg whites until it gets stiff.
Stir the yolks with sugar.
Carefully add it to the whipped egg whites.
Add the flour.
Line the pan with baking parchment, level the dollop.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F, bake for about 15 minutes.
When finished, dust with a little flour. Use the paper to keep the roll tight and prevent it from breaking.
Flatten it, smear the inside with jam, and roll again.
Cut into pieces and serve.
