Let’s make some Mini cheesecake with lemon for the guests!
First mix the icing sugar and the mascarpone. Add the lemon zest and the lime juice and mix it thorough.
Use a mixer to turn the cream into foam.
Mix the mascarpone with the cream.
Place the muffin forms on a baking plate and put the oatmeal crackers at the bottom.
Use a spoon to put the cream on top of the cookies.
Put it in the freezer for 5 hours.
Serve with chocolate and lemon zest on top.
You can even pour some chocolate syrup over the cakes.
