Pancake Cake recipe: Preparing the Pancake Cake is simple! Start with making the cream. Put the milk on heat, add sugar, vanilla and dark chocolate. Stir gently and continuously until they melt.

Then add two whole eggs, cocoa powder and flour, then cook until thick. Don’t forget to stir!

Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and let it cool down at room temperature, then add butter/margarine.

Beat butter with sugar and yolks for the pancake batter, then gradually add flour and milk. Then add the chocolate-egg white mixture with a wooden spoon.

Cook the pancakes in a frying pan (only cook one side), then put it on a plate. Smear the top with cream, then follow it up with a second pancake. Repeat the same steps until you have no more batter left.

Place the final pancake with the cooked side on top.

Now sprinkle it with powdered sugar, then decorate the top with fruits. Success is guaranteed!
