First unroll the pastry into a cake pan.

Put a slice of ham in the middle, spread the tomato sauce around it and grate cheese over the sauce.

Repeat this process for another layer and put the final layer on top.

Tip: Push the sides together firmly, so the contents won’t spill during baking.

Cut it in the middle, fold it up and spread egg on top.

Place the sides of cake pan back and put it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 40 minutes.

Serve it with spicy ketchup in the middle.
