Potato casserole recipe: First, boil the unpeeled potatoes and the eggs.
Combine sour cream, lard, garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
Slice the eggs and potatoes.
Next step is the layering. First, grease the bottom of a heat resistant bowl with sour cream, then layer with potatoes and then sour cream again.
This is followed by eggs, then sour cream, then sausages, sour cream, potatoes and sour cream.
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F and bake for 60 minutes.
