Potato scones recipe: Preparing the Potato scones is simple! First, boil unpeeled potatoes, then peel and crush them and let it cool down.
Combine flour with softened butter/margarine.
Add risen yeast, eggs and salt.
Knead crushed potatoes.
Let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
After that, flatten the dough, roll it up and flatten again.
Score the top and cut with a cutter.
Brush the top of the scones with yolk. Bake at 360 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
