Cream the butter with powdered sugar.
Combine with melted chocolate.
Add yolks one by one.
Whip the egg whites with vanilla sugar and sugar until stiff.
Carefully add the whipped egg whites to the butter mixture.
Add flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture in a buttered and floured pan for 40-45 minutes at 360 degrees F.
Cut the sponge in half and grease with boiled apricot jam.
Cover the side with jam, wait until it soaks up the jam.
Pour the cake with melted chocolate and leave it in a cold place.
