First cut the sausages both ways.

Bend it around and fix the ends with a toothpick.

Put it in a pan and cook it thorough.

Once it’s around halfway done pour the egg yolk in the middle.

Cover it with tinfoil and cook it on small heat.

Meanwhile cut the cucumber. Make sure to make some stripes too, as these will make the stems and leaves of the flowers.
