Scramble the eggs, add some salt and pepper and fry it with a small amount of oil without moving it.

Cut some slices of ham and cheese, put it on top.

Roll up the eggs. Leave at least an inch on each side when you cut it.

Use a toothpick to fix the sausages.

Tip: It’s easier to attach the sausages if you cut them diagonally.

Use another toothpick to make two hole on top of the sausages and put chives in them.

Serve it with tomatoes and salad.
