First, combine milk, sugar and flour, stir thorough, then add yeast.

Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Combine the yeast mixture, flour, yolks, salt and margarine/butter.

Let it rise for an hour.

Prepare the curd filling. Combine curd, sugar, custard powder and stir thorough.

Prepare the crumbs. Combine strudel flour, sugar and butter/margarine.

Flatten the risen dough thin.

Cut with a pastry cutter.

Make holes the middle.

Brush with eggs.

Fill with one tablespoon of filling.

Dust with crumbs.

Place fruits on top to give it more flavor.

Bake on 360 degrees F until golden.
