A simple dough, some sauce, and the Tarte Flambée is already done!
Tarte Flambée recipe: Preparing the Tarte Flambée is simple! First, mix flour, water and salt and knead until it’s no longer sticky, then let it stand for 30 minutes.
Combine sour cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir gently and thorough.
Flatten the dough thin, then put in a pan.
Spread the sour cream evenly on top.
Then sprinkle it with finely chopped onions and bacon. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
