The apple pie is favorite of many… Try our Toppled Apple Pie recipe, that’s a little different than the classic, but you won’t be disappointed!

Toppled Apple Pie recipe: Preparing the Toppled Apple Pie is easy! First, combine flour, baking powder, ½ cup sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt, then let them stand for 30 minutes.
Put the peeled and diced apples in a bowl, then add raisins and ½ cup sugar. Dust it with cinnamon and braise it for 10 minutes. Wait until it cools down.
Put the dough in a buttered cake pan and make holes on the top with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes, then fill with apple filling.
Flatten the rest of the dough and put on top of the apple filling, then put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Let it cool down in the cake pan after baking. Combine lemon juice and powdered sugar and add on top of the cake. Wait until it stiffens.
